Challenge
Ladies Mini Marathon

This challange is for non runners only! We will start training to run/walk the Echo Mini Marathon in Cork on Sunday September 27th.

We will start on the first training session with a run/walk to the end of the Leisure Centre drive and back. We will gradually build on this to eventually achieve our goal of 4 miles.

Trainig is on Mondays and Wednesday @ 6.30pm All you need is a pair of comfortable runners, tracksuit, water and motivation.

Dont worry Boys we didnt leave you out. There is trainig for Men on Tuesday and Thursdays @
